Most of Torque is associates — trainers, facilitators, speakers, coaches, hosts and consultants who run their own practice and take Torque engagements that fit. Paid per engagement, certified through our own Train the Trainer, and named on the work you deliver.

You have a practice, not just a deck
We are less interested in your slide library than in what you can do in a room when the plan stops working.
You design for these people
Nothing off the shelf. If your programme would run identically for a bank and a dealership network, it is not a Torque programme.
You can take the truth, and tell it
Truth in all situations, there are no better answers. That includes telling a client that training is not their problem.
You collaborate crazy
Our best work is co-designed. If you only ever work alone, you will find this frustrating.

Associate Trainer

- A subject you are genuinely strong in
- Comfortable in English and Urdu rooms
- Willing to travel for multi-city work
Facilitator — retreats & offsites

Hold leadership offsites, all-staff retreats and strategy sessions. Large rooms, senior people, real decisions on the table.
Looking for
- Experience facilitating groups of 40+
- Calm under conflict; able to hold a room that disagrees
- Design instinct as well as delivery skill
Learning Designer
Full timeKarachi
Turn a diagnosis into a programme: session architecture, materials, simulations, facilitator guides and the digital half of blended delivery.
Looking for
- Instructional design experience, or strong trainer experience plus a design habit
- Writing you are proud of
- Comfortable building in Moodle or a similar LMS
Coach

One-to-one work with executives, high potentials and founders, on six or twelve session arcs.

Life at Torque
What It Is Like
- Small enough that your work is visible. Old enough that it reaches real organisations.
- You will be in rooms with UNICEF, telecom operators, retail networks and provincial governments — often in the same month.
- Certification through our own Train the Trainer programme, which is also what we sell.
- Travel across all four provinces, and occasionally beyond.
- A Code that gets used in actual decisions, including the ones that cost us work.
