Profile
Yahya Hussain is an Executive Consultant and a seasoned Assessment Center Assessor with a proven track record of consistent delivery within various business environments. He holds a Master's degree from the Institute of Professional Psychology, Bahria University, with majors in Clinical Psychology.
He has been involved in several executive searches, assessment centers and psychometric testing assignments for multinationals in Pakistan, catering to about a thousand individuals. Skilled in analyzing data and observing behavioral change, Yahya has developed and administered competency-based evaluations for training and development firms, to evaluate performance indicators aligned with the client's objectives and values.
He has been the lead trainer for several soft skills courses and training workshops, and has diverse experience of fundraising for leading non-profit organisations in the country.
