What we turn on

Eight Ways to Transformation

Every one of them designed around the specific people in the room, the outcomes you need, and the context the learning has to survive. Nothing off the shelf.

      Transformation Journeys

Not a session. A road, with a destination you can name.

Multi-month programmes built backwards from an outcome: diagnosis, an annual learning calendar, competency frameworks, trainer cascades and full academy build-outs. The turnshops, coaching and measurement all hang off the journey rather than standing on their own — and it ends with internal trainers, playbooks and materials that keep working after we leave.

      Skill-Building Workshops

We call ours turnshops. A workshop informs; a turnshop turns.

Forty-three titles across eight families, and every one of them customised before it runs — around the specific people in the room, the specific outcomes you need, and the specific context the learning has to survive. Leadership, sales and service, digital, inclusion, self, mind and heart, communication, and the train-the-trainer work that builds the people who will build everyone else.

      Inspiring Keynotes

Rooms that leave capable of anything

Conferences, town halls, kick-offs, annual gatherings and award nights. A keynote that earns the room rather than filling a slot — written for your people, your moment and the thing nobody has said out loud yet.

      AI-powered Digital Learning

      Expe-digital: experiential and digital, together

E-learning modules, LMS content, hybrid programme design and learning media — now with AI doing the work it is actually good at: adapting the path to the learner, marking the practice, and telling you honestly who is stuck and where. Delivered on Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx and StreamYard, with Moodle behind them where content needs a home.

      Executive Coaching

      Self-awareness first, potential second

One-to-one and team coaching for the people whose decisions set the weather. Confidential, contracted, and aimed at the behaviour rather than the theory — for founders, C-suites, and the leadership teams underneath them.

      Events & Conferences

The room, hosted — not just booked.

Conferences, town halls, kick-offs, annual gatherings and award nights, run end to end. We design the arc, host it from the front, and run the parts that decide whether people stay in the room after the tea break — the framing, the transitions, the panel that could have been a slide, and the close that sends them out changed.

      Retreats & Break-aways

Take the team somewhere it cannot pretend.

Leadership retreats, team break-aways and outbound learning expeditions — the beach, the mountain, the site. Away from the desks and the hierarchy that comes with them, in the places where the honest conversation finally happens.

      OD Consulting & Learning Media

The diagnosis, and the things the diagnosis asks you to make.

Organisational development consulting — structure, culture, competency frameworks, engagement and service diagnostics, and the assessment and evaluation work that tells you honestly where you stand. Then the media it takes to move it: films, learning video, internal campaigns, message design and the materials people actually keep.
